Pumpkin Pie!!!
Material: Pumpkin(1/4), flour, cheese(60g), suger(40g), butter(15g)
[Crust]
Put pumpkin into boiling water to make mashed pumpkin
Add flour of equal weight into mashed pumpkin, mix and make a ball
devide the mix into equal little balls
[Stuffing]
Mix cheese&suger, add a little butter. Heat in the microwave for 30s, until the cheese melt.
Fill the stuffing into pumpkin balls, squash them to make them round and flat. Put them in hot oil for several minutes, turn the sides when necessary.
